Stern Industries won 3 more supplier awards at a Supplier Seminar and Award Ceremony held recently by Polaris Industries.  Attending the ceremony were Shawn Hunstad, President and CEO of Stern Industries, and Bob Jackson, Key Account Manager for Stern Industries.  The awards include Quality Achievement Award for 2008, Delivery Performance Award for 2008, and Star Program Award for 2008.  The Star Program Award is for achievement in Cost Reductions.

New EPA Evaporative Standards Set
The EPA recently finalized Evaporative Emission Standards for Fuel Tanks for Marine, Lawn and Garden, Small and Large Spark Ignition engines and more.

The standards closely mirror standards already in place by the California Air Resource Board (CARB).
